Its not like a real ’skateboard’ its just a really intense skateboard that you can take down a little hill of grass, haha.

You could have been looking at a long board. They are generally flat and long (usually a few feet) and have flatter, pointier ends. They have bigger, softer wheels and people use them for downhill riding and general cruising.
But if the board just looked like a slightly larger skateboard, you could have just been looking at a pool board like the ones from the eighties. Those are generally the same as regular skateboards except they are significantly bigger, flatter, and not shaped like the Popsicle stick decks of today.
You also could have been looking at a mountain board if you saw them going down rough terrain and not paved surfaces. Mountain boards are similar to skateboards except you can strap into them with bindings like snowboards; they don’t have urethane wheels; and they have different trucks. You can also go down dirt paths and other rough surfaces. If the wheels were rubber and had “big wheels that kinda looked like mini ATV wheels” it was probably a mountain board.
